**Position: Fulfillment Center Manager**

**Responsibilities**: As the Fulfillment Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and leading a team of fulfillment center staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures for order fulfillment, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Utilizing data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Managing vendor relationships related to fulfillment center operations, including negotiation and contract management.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in fulfillment center management and logistics.
- Proven experience as a Fulfillment Center Manager or Fulfillment Manager role, or a similar role in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order management platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
