Founded in 2019, this organization is going through rapid growth across Australia and New Zealand and is continuing to see further expansion due to customer demand. With 21 sites across the Tasman and employing over 250 staff, our client expects their growth to double in the next two years and they now need an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy and passionate leadership team.

**About the role**
Reporting directly to the CEO, this exciting opportunity is a newly created position, but a much-needed role for this growing and thriving organization.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Review and overhaul of current end to end recruitment processes and strategies
- Review and revamp of the current onboarding process
- Review of current policies and procedures
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general day to day HR expertise to line managers and employees
- Work with line management groups to build and implement HR solutions in line with business needs
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures i.e., disciplinary, grievance, termination matters and facilitate the process where required

**About you**
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in a HR Generalist position
- Degree qualified or similar
- Must have a passion for building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Must be proactive and a self-starter
- Must be comfortable with working from home 100% of the time
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
