**Job Description**:
Toll Global Forwarding are seeking a Transport Support Officer to ensure the timely and accurate processing of the final mile deliveries, to meet both the business and client specific KPI’s. This role will act as the daily interface between the Business, the Client, other relevant internal parties, and the end delivery party, whilst complying with all Toll and legal requirements.

A true entry level position, Toll Group invites all applicants with time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

As the Transport Support Officer, you will:

- Develop and provide instructions for client delivery, redirection and/or collection processes and any related issues.
- Promoting efficiency and safety, and maintaining legal compliance matters pertaining to Transport aspects
- Booking transport for import FCL, LCL shipments
- Ensure compliance with Toll and legal requirements

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Stakeholder management capability and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Techincal savvy - intermediate skills on Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quiclkly.
