About the role

Join the team at Aeropets Animal Transport as a Pet Travel Consultant. In this full-time role based in Banyo, Queensland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and logistical support to pet owners transporting their furry, feathered or scaled companions by air. As a key member of the Aeropets team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and stress-free travel of pets domestically and internationally.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with pet owners to understand their travel requirements and preferences
• Arranging all aspects of pet travel including flight bookings, crate rentals, and customs clearance
• Providing guidance on pet travel regulations, documentation and pet care during the journey
• Coordinating with airlines, airports and other service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Monitoring bookings and proactively communicating with clients throughout the travel process
• Maintaining detailed records and providing reporting on pet travel activities
• Promoting Aeropets' services and identifying new business opportunities

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of geographical locations in Australia and International
• Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM tools and MS Office suite
• A genuine passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional pet care
