Due to organic growth within our office, an opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Banyo.

**About your role**

Your focus will be on recruiting talent across industries including; healthcare, security, cleaning, civil construction, and transport and logistics.

**Responsibilities include**
- Business development with new and existing clients
- Assist with managing requirements of current and future government contracts
- Taking job briefs from clients and advertising roles
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Drafting and placement of job advertising on all appropriate job boards
- Conducting in-depth phone screens, interviews and reference checks
- Attend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationships

- Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
- High level of interpersonal communication
- Experience in recruitment preferred, but not essential
- Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills
- Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office suite and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
- Driver licence and own transport
- Ability to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test
