- The Foxtel Media Digital Ad Operations Team is currently looking for a **Digital Ad Operations Coordinator** to join the team.- Support Digital Ad Ops team with booking, implementing and successfully delivering digital direct and programmatic campaigns
- Work with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure creatives are delivered to specification and on time
- Provide regular updates for Sales and relevant stakeholders on campaign progress
- Take part in troubleshooting campaign delivery concerns or platform issues with stakeholders such as Sales, Ad Ops Managers, Product Team, and external contacts
- Provide operational insights and Sales support during briefing stages and throughout life of campaign
- Support Digital Ad Operations Specialists with campaign related analysis and platform or operational updates, including end of campaign insights, client insights, Sales patch or agency insights, platform, and product insights etc.
- Conduct regular Ad Ops training and knowledge sharing sessions with relevant teams

**Skills and Experiences**
- Recent working experience within a corporate environment
- Preferred experience within digital media or advertising industries
- Experience with managing stakeholders and providing clear communication
- Analytical, organised and detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
