Associate, Financial Markets Deposits

**About the Role**
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that provides end-to-end operational banking support to third-party channels? In this position, you'll focus on deposit growth and maintenance, working closely with our core Financial Markets Deposits team. Your collaboration will be key in supporting major third-party distribution agreements with StrataCash Management.

You'll be responsible for key deliverables such as KYC document analysis, onboarding, account opening, and maintaining customer information across multiple core systems.

You'll also work with external operations teams to ensure clear communication and prompt, accurate processing of new customers. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for customer retention.

**What You'll Do**
- **Build Relationships**: Assist the Associate Director in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across third-party channels and business banks.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain strong relationships with internal bankers across all states and territories by delivering excellent service. Proactively identify opportunities to inform and educate our client base.

**About You**

**Your Experience**
- Experience in Banking or Financial Service products is essential.
- Previous experience in Transactional Banking, Operations, or Retail/Branch Support is suitable. Experience in KYC & AML/CTF focused roles is highly regarded.

**Your Skills & Knowledge**
- Ability to critically analyze documents and match data entries.
- Knowledge of AML/CTF and KYC Standards.
- Strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs.
- Excellent time management skills.
