- Permanent full-time position OFFICE BASED
- $70 to $80K plus super - immediate start

Your new company

With their head office in Melbourne you will be joining a leading Construction organisation.

Your new role

In your new position you will be responsible for the following:

- Fully responsible for accounts payable end to end.
- Entering and raising creditor invoices and payment preparation.
- Problem solving and resolution.
- Accurately inputting data into the company database.
- Assisting with payroll tasks.
- Generic filing and archiving, ordering office supplies and stock.

What you'll need to succeed
- Self-motivated with an excellent working attitude.
- Experience working in Accounts Payable in a previous role.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop within the organisation.
- Resilient, a good ability to manage conflict and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated approach to work including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, work under pressure and independently.
- Be willing to work from an office five days a week.
