Accounts Payable Part Time

Exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Tullamarine.
- Permanent part time position OFFICE BASED
- $60K $65K plus super - Pro Rata
- Office allrounder who can provide outstanding service

Your new company

With an office in Tullamarine, your new company are manufacturers supplying products to the domestic, national & international markets.

Your new role

Part time role (will consider full time if skills allow) In your new position you will be responsible for the following:

- Reconciling of monthly accounts.
- Reviewing creditors ledgers for clearing of aged balances
- Accurately inputting data into the company database.
- Managing container detention invoices.
- Responsible for paying local creditors.
- Dealing with client queries and escalations in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop within the organisation.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated approach to work including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, work under pressure and independently.
