**Job Description**:
**What are the focus points of the role?**
- Diary management and travel coordination for two Directors
- Liaising with our Marketing agencies to coordinate Agency Meeting Days
- Assisting Directors with processing expenses
- Coordinating the administration for licensee consultation meetings on behalf of the Marketing team to ensure all pre work and meeting requirements are completed on time
- Managing and submitting staff change requests for Onboarding/Offboarding/Position Changes
- Booking travel for department employees when required
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
- Receiving, organising and distributing relevant incoming documents for department
- Establishing, organising and maintaining records, files and electronic data banks
- Participating in the planning and execution of department special events
- Ordering catering and supplies as required
- Liaising with other Team Assistants to ensure collaboration and agile approach to work
- Managing Annual Leave Calendar
- Managing supplier relationships
- Performing administrative duties to support the wider department function
- Providing clerical support for some meetings

**Qualifications**:
**What skills do I need to be successful in this role?**
- Strong MS Office Suite Skills
- Diary management and travel booking capability
- Strong computer skills, able to problem solve meeting connection issues
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Curious and resilient, open to change and seeking new ideas for improvement
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
