**Client Profile**

Our client is focused on delivering a high-quality food and beverage offering in a premium environment. This role is for their flagship restaurant and will be part of a team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and want to be the best in the industry.

As Sommelier, you will be fully responsible for the management of a clearly defined set of tasks while overseeing the restaurant's wine operations while having a strong focus on customer engagement. You will also be responsible for ongoing list management and the potential introduction of a new list for another venue.

As Sommelier you will;
- Be a key member of the restaurant management team and work closely with the kitchen leadership team
- Have experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture
- Ensures that all standards and procedures for the operation are followed and are set up before, during and after services
- Complete regular stockt-takes and oversee all ordering
- Induct and train all front of house employees concerning beverage knowledge

To be successful in this role you will have;
- 3+ years experience as a sommelier
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional personal presentation, good communication and time management skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- WSET accreditation
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Extensive knowledge of all wines and wine service, including new products and non-alcoholic items
