**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Insurance Builders team in Wetheril Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have administration experience and are good with numbers to join a stable and secure company that offers training and future opportunities for career progression within the group

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain subcontractor trade database
- Obtain quotations for sub-contractor works
- Process quotations and recommendations
- Authorise project expenditure up to the budgeted allowance
- Develop KPI measures to meet organisational requirements in key areas
- Ensure all certificates for work cover and public liability insurance are current and on file
- Undertake general administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing and coordinating monthly reports for supervisors
- Access, view and update sensitive information which may relate to customers, employees and/or company intellectual property

- A keen interest in the construction industry
- Fast and accutate data enrty skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and great communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Proactive and motivated personality
- Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
