**The Role**
An exciting Full-Time opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our close-knit customer service team based in Wetherill Park. You will liaise with customers and corporate clients and receive inbound enquires.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Receive and handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Prior experience in an office-based role ideal however not essential
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service.
