Maintenance Scheduler and Materials Coordinator

Our client a Global Oil and Gas Operator are currently seeking a Maintenance Scheduler and Materials Coordinator to join them for an initial 12 month contract.

A FIFO role from Perth or site-based residential position with the responsibility of ensuring maintenance activities are scheduled, resourced and materials procured in accordance with the CMMS and activity planning.

This role administers the CMMS system on site, aligns to the AIM plan and manages site inventory.

2x2 Roster

**Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Work closely with the office-based Activity Planner & Maintenance Coordinators to capture and align planned activities in accordance with available resources.
- Coordinate maintenance and resource scheduling for Operations including production facilities, site equipment and mobile plant equipment.
- Ensure the timely scheduling of maintenance activities via production of a 14-day schedule; optimised to meet resource and equipment availability, and minimise equipment downtime
- Develop and optimise preventative maintenance routines, standard jobs, and bills of materials.
- Communicate foreseeable scheduling issues and assist with problem solving.
- Ensure availability of min/max spares, consumables and site resources are in line with planned activities.
- Site administration of CMMS including new maintenance requirements, master data modifications, and overall data quality.
- Develop weekly & monthly compliance KPI reports for maintenance through CMMS.
- Maintain stores inventory through stock takes, auditing, transferring, issuing via CMMS.
- Support procurement of materials, issue of stock and servicing of parts.
- Maintain all maintenance registers.
- Ability to develop procedures and work instructions.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Sound Knowledge of CMMS systems.
- Oil and Gas operations is highly regarded.
- Understand the concept of CMMS and the interlinkage of assets, work orders, maintenance policies, min/max levels, history information and job priorities and data management.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel & Project.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels and manage relationships with external suppliers & clients.
