We are looking to hire a Junior Commercial Analyst to join Vix in our Perth location. Reporting into our Sydney based Commercial Manager, you'll support our global teams in undertaking financial strategic analysis, support/ oversee bid modelling for large/ strategic bids, support in enterprise risk management and other ad-hoc commercial analysis required globally.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting financial analysis and modelling to improve the understanding of specific business issues and/or projects that support optimal and timely operational decisions.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of one year and three year budgets.
- Provide financial analysis services for traditional / existing business segments, providing commercial support in the delivery of large projects and contracts.
- Support business development initiatives through the preparation of detailed financial models for bids and tenders.
- Cost benefit evaluations and ad hoc analysis as required by the Business.
- Support commercial decisions in driving new business initiatives into the business.
- Support investment models/ business cases for new initiatives.
- Support with the implementation, management, monitoring and communication of the global enterprise risk programme.
- Support ad-hoc research deliverables for Vix’s finance and commercials function.
- Support VT's Sales Operations function by providing research deliverables to support development of bid and sales strategy.
- Any other Duties as required within the scope of the position.
- 2 + years plus experience in Commercial Pricing or similar. Ideally within the Technology, RPO, Transportation sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in a finance discipline. CA or CPA qualified or part qualified
- Outstanding commercial and financial skills.
- Good grasp of pricing models
- Experience in financial modelling and business analysis.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to undertake research, prepare reports and provide strategic advice and direction for key business stakeholders.
- A high level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and an ability to build and manage relationships effectively with key business stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, a self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects, including ad hoc requests.
- Confidence in decision making and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Be innovative, think creatively, and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute the activities required to support business processes.
