Leading this priority marketing initiative for the business, you will set the sampling campaign strategy and oversee it’s execution; recruiting and managing a team across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to inspire and energise others, and a love of the better-for-you category. Tasked with both driving brand awareness, engaging consumers and promoting product trial, this is a terrific opportunity for an intelligent, capable and creative team leader who is naturally a 'people person'.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Developing the necessary program infrastructure (sensational sampling vehicles have been purchased)
- Recruitment of the sampling team across multiple locations
- Interstate travelling to onboard, deploy and manage the team ongoing as well as optimise the program
- Engaging with events, brand partners and businesses to place the teams in the best locations
- Collaborate with brand and sales teams to ensure maximum consumer engagement, in line with the brand strategy and personality
- Management and allocation of the sampling budget
- Allocation of sampling stock between the company warehouses
