The Role

The PR & Sample Coordinator role is responsible for the marketing sample management program including sample ordering, coordinating the PR sample showroom and the coordination of sample needs across multiple media, stylists, influencers, and business partners. You will support the execution of PR & Partnership events such as press showings and other media events and assist with community management across Mimco social platforms. Supporting the team with general administrative duties will also be part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the PR team & Content/Creative team to place sample orders each season ensuring the order is in line with the buy, key fashion focus’, newness, accommodate campaign shoot needs and within budget
- Liaise with the Production team at MIMCO to ensure delivery of PR samples and check samples received against orders.
- Organise the PR sample room to a high standard where all samples are clearly stored and accounted for. Ensure accurate documentation is issued and detailed records kept of samples sent out of the department. Ensure all samples are received back and returned in good order/undamaged.
- Coordinate stock of MIMCO branded packaging for use on send outs ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist the team to execute any partnership, media or similar events and media showings. Respond to any admin media enquiries regarding events.
- Assist with responding to any external requests such as those from charities, donations, sponsorships, partnership, getting support from Marketing & PR Manager on appropriate responses.
- Assist e-commerce stylist with scheduling quarterly shoots for the press look book.
- Assist when required, with providing responses to customer contacts through Instagram. Ensure all customer direct messages and comments are responded to in a timely manner, in line with our brand values and tone of voice.
- As required, assist with review and/or monitoring of customer contacts through Facebook, feeding back to the PR & Social Media Specialist & Marketing & PR Manager and assisting the PR & Social Media Specialist with collaboration with the Customer Service teams.
- Well-developed communication, time management, and organisation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer care
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google.
