**Requirements for role**:

- Diploma qualified or Bachelor of Education
- Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
- Current WWCC (employee)
- Covid-19 immunisation
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
- KindyHub knowledge an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Lead Educator or Room Leader role
- Experience and confidence with guiding written documentation in relation to children's learning and development
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to lead by example

**Position Objectives**:

- To guide the planning of an education program that supports a holistic approach to the care and development of children aged from birth to six years of age.
- To lead other educators, families and early childcare professionals to provide a safe, caring, engaging and stimulating environment for children attending the service.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
