**Position Overview**: As the NDIS SIL Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. You will lead a team of support workers, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the SIL team, providing guidance and support to staff.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, making adjustments as necessary.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages client independence and participation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including families, health professionals, and NDIS representatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Community Services, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the disability sector.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and SIL services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team culture.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
