The Role:

As the Preschool or Infants Room Leader, you will:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and center policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma or university trained Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for inspiring and guiding young minds.
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
  • Child Protection Training (willingness to update
  • Food handlers training

The service provides for children four (4) weeks to five years and oshc.

Future career is available for 2IC and Educational Leader.

Positions to be filled from August 2025 to January 2026.
