
Administration/personal Assistant

RCD Landscapes is a family owned landscaping construction based on the Central Coast, NSW. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the Managing Director for all aspects of administration, organisation, planning, and business growth.
This is a casual position, with the flexibility to work from home, with average of 20 hours per week. The rate of pay will be based on performance.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Calendar Management
- Ensure effective communication with customers
- Prioritise and manage various tasks efficiently
- Help with basic administrative and bookkeeping duties
- Business advertisement and marketing
- Assist in the overall growth of the business
The successful applicant will:
- Preferably have experience in a similar role, although this is advantageous but not essential
- Have strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Communicate effectively and have great interpersonal skills
- Have basic computer skills, particularly with functions of Outlook, Xero, Excel, Word and Adobe
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
