**ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER**:
Our Host Employer is a family-owned financial planning practice based in East Gosford. They offer specialised services in Retirement Planning, Superannuation, Investment Advice, and Aged Care Financial Advice.

Known for their friendly and professional approach, they treat their clients like family.

They are currently seeking a bubbly trainee to join their busy office.

**YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meeting & greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Producing documents
- General housekeeping
- Assisting and supporting the Financial Planners in all daily administration duties of the full end-to-end financial planning process, including diary management, processing client correspondence, and office support
- Working within a team

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business (Business Administration) through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 12 months.
