About the role

We are seeking TWO highly organised and diligent Medical Administration professionals to join our busy dynamic team based in Gosford NSW 2250 and will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our medical practice.

One full-time role - Monday - Friday

One casual Maternity leave role

What you'll be doing

  • Manage patient enquiries and bookings through our practice management system
  • Prepare and maintain patient medical records and files
  • Liaise with medical providers and patients to coordinate care
  • Assist with the coordination of medical procedures and appointments
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing and answering phone calls
  • Contribute to the overall smooth running of the medical practice

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a medical administration or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using Shexie and other office systems
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
