Modis is seeking an Integration Lead to take part in a large transformation project and ongoing services for a Federal Government client in Australia. You and your team will design, integrate and manage a portfolio of modern digital platforms in a fast paced, high security environment. You will be working with a team that is passionate about making a difference, within a workplace culture that cultivates opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**

The Lead will also be responsible for leading a team of integration developers and ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Other responsibilities may include:

- Developing integration strategies and roadmaps
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues
- Staying current with new technologies and industry trends in integration development

The Lead will be expected to have a strong background in integration development, as well as experience leading and managing teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also essential.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience with integration development, including experience with integration platforms, middleware, and APIs
- Experience leading and managing teams of developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with project management, including managing timelines and budgets
- Technical expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Strong understanding of data and integration architecture
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in integration development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with security and data privacy standards.
