**What you’ll do**:

- Participate in Triage roster
- Respond to and close allocated queries ensuring cases are accurately and timely responded to or escalated and resolved whilst meeting set SLAs.
- Manage the backend of ServiceNow including following up pending approvals and redirecting workflows as required.
- Administer the Talent Acquisition database and Talent pool.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Draft and distribute correspondence including new starter contracts and packs, term contract extensions and other template-based correspondence.
- Create, maintain and retire worker profiles and contractor’s positions profiles in HR systems ensuring accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality requirements are met.

- Maintain electronic files in ARK (TRIM) following established naming conventions and document control policies.
- Follow up and close the loop re. allocated end dates listed in monthly end date reports.
- Administer the processing of HR invoices, including creation of vendors, raising purchasing orders, receipting invoices, payment and tracking expenditure.
- Support the administration of the learning management system
- Perform other ad-hoc project or BAU related activities as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Business Diploma or Certificate IV or Bachelor of Business
- Intermediate skills in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong experience in business administration;
- Solid experience administering HR core functions;
- Excellent attention to quality and detail;
- Proven ability to manage customers with professionalism and integrity;
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills, coupled with the ability to meet competing deadlines;
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills;
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders;
- Sound level of resilience and ability to work unsupervised and maintain confidentiality.
