**Position Summary**:
In this role, you will oversee the smooth onboarding of new support workers, organise staff schedules, foster positive connections with our support workers, clients, and coordinators, and ensure all data and records are accurate and up to date. You’ll also be handling phone enquiries, providing friendly and efficient responses to general queries from clients, support workers, and coordinators.

**Main Duties**:

- Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members
- Preparing and managing staff rosters to meet daily service requirements
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with support workers, clients, and support coordinators
- Handling incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries
- Completing timely and precise data entry and record maintenance

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Exceptional organisational abilities with strong multitasking skills
- Clear and friendly communication style, comfortable handling phone enquiries and engaging with diverse groups
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with data management
- Previous experience in HR or office administration would be advantageous

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

**Experience**:

- HR and/or Admin: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
