What sets them apart is their integrated approach to creating and managing diverse and mixed-use developments; being innovative and using new technology with sustainability at the heart. As the 2iC to the GM Finance, this new role provides business partnering to key C-suite stakeholders responsible for asset management and investments. Working with the GM Finance you will implement the strategy and transform how the business operates including implementation of a new asset management and reporting system. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre commercially minded professional to truly business partner with the GM and leaders of the business to drive the new strategy and improve the finance function. Responsibilities will include: - Reporting (including provision of insights and explanation of variances) for all portfolio assets - Commercial business partnering; primarily with CEO of Investments and Chief Asset Management Officer - Improve operating performance and management of portfolio assets - Key project role on a Yardi system implementation - Transforming the function by improving processes around the new system implementation (including use of data and other technology enhancements) - Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Analyst or Manager with a focus on reporting and process improvement - Experience in a complex multi-site business - Demonstrable experience of commercial business partnering - Prior experience in the property asset sector would be highly valued - Degree qualified (Business, Management or similar) - Experience with implementing change while still dealing with BAU - Strong verbal and written communication skills **"Quick Apply"** link and including your CV or contact **David Trapnell** or **Simon Turner** at Appreciating Talent for a confidential discussion: **About us**: Appreciating Talent is a specialist recruitment firm, created and owned by a small group of Sydney's most successful and longest-serving recruitment professionals.
