**Description**:
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative to join our National Business, based in North Melbourne.

**What we are looking for**:
Excellent Customer Service
Proven Experience in a Call Centre Environment
Professional Communication Skills
Strong Attention to Detail
Proficient Computer Skills
Genuine Desire to Learn

**Some of your day to day duties will include**:
Capturing all Inbound Activity for Access Hardware Trade Sales Department
Ensuring Accurate and Timely Support with Quoting and Invoicing
Maintaining customer databases
Building Relationships with Internal and External Customers
Ad hoc Admin Duties as required
