An exciting opportunity is available for a personable and passionate individual to join one of our dealerships in Sydney, in the position of Sales Manager.

Due to continued growth we are looking for a motivated, and highly organised Sales Manager to join the team.

**To be successful in your new role you'll have/be**:

- An individual who has strong customer service skills with a proven track record in automotive sales.
- A highly organised, a proactive thinker, have experience in managing a sales team and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes.
- Computer literate and possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems.
- Experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
- Previous management experience will be highly regarded
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A strong work ethic
- A current driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
