As the EHPlabs Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and continuing to build the brand narrative of EHPlabs. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing (performance) and our CEO (brand), the role requires an experienced marketer to set the strategic branding and marketing direction and follow it through to execution in collaboration with the in-house design team, content production team, and various marketing channel specialists to ensure that the EHPlabs brand is in accordance with the strategic plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all brand marketing channels, including social media, events, PR and other digital channels in order to increase brand awareness, affinity and commercial success
- Develop and implement brand strategy and guidelines across all content creation and marketing distribution channels, such as social media, athletes, affiliates/ambassadors, EDM, digital, and events
- Lead the implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns globally
- Drive community marketing strategy through engaging, value-adding campaigns and content with main focus on brand building, community nurturing and working with Sales Directors to ensure commercial growth
- Lead the digital and experiential brand marketing process with a clear focus on engagement, relevance, brand affinity and awareness, with a flow-on effect on traffic and conversion
- Assist in new product development, innovation and research from the brand marketing perspective
- Lead and manage a small team
- Manage and track global and local campaign budgets

- Relevant marketing qualifications
- You're a creative and dynamic thinker with a great attitude
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavior, as well as brand building through storytelling
- Experience leading strategy and execution in digital, social and sponsorship channels
- Experience leveraging data and insights to plan campaigns
- Fiscal management skills
- Love working in a highly collaborative environment
- Have a passion for health and wellness
- Experience leading, developing and encouraging a team
