Due to growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Temporary Recruitment team in Sydney, working across both the Real Estate and Property sectors.

**About the role**
- Source and attract top talent for temporary & contracting roles by utilising various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including client briefs, advertising, screening, conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with clients and temps/contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, WH&S inspections and company policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets to maximise your earning potential and build a strong commission annuity stream.
