Due to rapid company growth, we are in search of a
**Recruitment Consultant (Senior, Principal, or Lead) **to join our office based in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will be joining a team who consider company culture and a supportive environment to be the main reasons for our success thus far.

We are seeking someone who is driven, passionate, and craving success but most importantly whose values match ours.

**Our expectations of you**:

- To demonstrate the capability of building your own **client network** from lead generation calls or other sources
- Show the highest level of business development experience while building and maintaining rapport and relationships with clients
- Contribute to our office with positive energy and a can-do attitude

**What you can expect from us**:

- Generous commission structure - 30% - 35% after the threshold with a wind-up period of 50% / 75% threshold for the first 3 months.

- 550 Active Clients, who need some keen account managing to explode.
- Quarterly trips based on achieved targets
- Year-end trips (New Zealand set for FY23/24)

- Work across NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, or WA
