**Harrison Barratt Group is a Leading Recruitment Agency within the construction division based in Sydney, which specialises in permanent, contract, and on-hire labour services. Due to rapid company growth, we are in search of a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our office based in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will be joining a team that considers company culture and a supportive environment to be the main reasons for our success thus far.

We are seeking someone who is driven, passionate, and craving success but most importantly whose values match ours.

**What you can expect from us**:

- Permanent and Labour Hire Desks across pre-construction and construction
- Lucrative salary along with several work perks (Early finishes on Fridays, Team lunches, Monthly outings, etc)

- The Directors are still working as billing recruiters, leading by example.

**Our expectations of you**:

- To demonstrate the capability of building your own client relationships from our existing network, lead generation calls, reverse marketing, ad chasing, referrals and other sources
- Show the highest level of business development experience while building and maintaining rapport and relationships with clients
- A history of achieving billing targets within recruitment agencies (any sector)
- Contribute to our office with positive energy and a can-do attitude
