We are currently seeking duty managers and a Bar manager for our Events department.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable role
- Proficiency in food, wine, and service
- Administrative skills
- Energy, reliability, and a positive attitude conducive to teamwork
- Strong work ethic
- Impeccable grooming standards
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- RSA Certificate & Police Clearance

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversight of daily operations
- Management of reservations and group bookings
- Staff mentoring and training
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Various administrative tasks as needed
- Opening and closing duties
