Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with Bellamy’s Organics in their search for a GM of Marketing & Innovation. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate Bellamy’s Organics brand presence, engage customers, and drive market growth. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead product innovation and lead customer experience ensuring that the brand continues to exceed expectations of parents & children across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that align with Bellamy's Organic's overall vision and business strategy.
- Drive brand awareness, loyalty and equity and use consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with R&D and other cross-functional teams to drive innovation of new products that align with market trends.
- Oversee and lead the digital strategy for the organisation including but not limited to eCommerce, Content, Social, CRM, Performance etc.
- People leadership - Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing and innovation team.
- Work closely with the broader executive leadership team on broader business strategy
- Partner with and foster strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Contribute to building a high performing culture across the organisation.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, where you have inspired and grown team members.
- Experience leading integrated marketing functions ie Product, Digital, Trade etc
- A track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and brand development ideally within the consumer goods industry. Experience in food is a bonus.
- Ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Exposure to the innovation process and familiarity in Stage-Gate Project Delivery, working with cross functional teams on NPD.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels of an organisation.
- A genuine passion for promoting healthy and sustainable lifestyles.
