Are you an experienced leader with a passion for early childhood education and a drive to inspire others?

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Centre Directors to join our leadership pool.

There will be 2 based in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide and 1 based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on mentorship, team building, and creating a culture of excellence — all while enjoying the flexibility of working across a number of our centres.

Your Role as Centre Director:

As a Centre Director, you'll be at the heart of our centre's success. You will:

  • Step into leadership roles across at least 6 different Edge centres of your choosing
  • Support centres during periods of Annual Leave (AL), Sick Leave (SL), or high-demand times
  • Be a go-to leader for centres in need of extra support or guidance
  • Foster strong relationships with educators, families, and the wider community
  • Champion a positive culture of learning, growth, and inclusion
  • Oversee budgets and agency costs to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring that our centre remains fully compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.
  • Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places.
  • Guide and mentor your team, empowering them to reach their full potential.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Experience as a Centre Director and experience in a similar Leadership capacity
  • Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
  • Working with Children check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
