SuccessFactors HRIS Administrator - Sydney CBD - $60-$80 per hour - 11-month contract

**Your new company**

This Government organisation is currently seeking an SuccessFactors Administrator to join their supporting and hard-working team on a 11-month contract, with potential for extension. They are looking for someone with strong SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors experience. This role is in Sydney CBD with WFH options, 3 in office and 2 WFH.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be able to provide tier 2 support across the SuccessFactors HRIS. You will be able to provide strong knowledge across the design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors modules to streamline HR processes and ensure optimal performance. You will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, propose effective solutions, and maintain and update SuccessFactors configurations, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Administrator, with a strong track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining SuccessFactors processes.
- Proficiency in Chris 21, leveraging its capabilities to enhance system integration.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors or HR technology are a plus (Tertiary qualifications and 5 years+ of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors system)
