Sons of Mary is looking for a **skilled and experienced Barista** to join our team. If you’ve been slinging lattes in a fast-paced café for at least **2 years**, know your way around a grinder, and love having a laugh with regulars. We want to meet you

**What we're looking for**:

- At least **2 years’ experience** working as a barista in a busy café environment
- Confident dialling in, adjusting grind, and pouring consistent, quality coffee
- A friendly, upbeat personality who enjoys chatting with customers
- Confident and clear communicator in English
- Someone who thrives in a team and brings good vibes to the shift
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and pride in presentation
- Would need to have a mix of weekday and weekend avaliblity

**Bonus points if you**:

- Bonus points if you’ve got bartending experience, we also are on the lookout for bartenders across our Bayside venues. If you can do both, there’s plenty of opportunity for extra hours and variety in your week
- Have a flexible schedule and can jump in on weekends
