**Avocado Lounge**is on the lookout for an experienced & passionate **Floor Manager/Team Leader**to join our team on a full-time basis and deliver brilliant fresh food to our loyal customers.

**As a Team Leader, your role will involve**:

- **Supervise FOH staff** (servers, hosts, baristas, bartenders, etc.)
- Provide **daily briefings**, assign tasks, and manage shift schedules.
- Act as the **main point of contact** for FOH team members.
- Ensure team members follow **standard operating procedures (SOPs)**.
- Ensure guests receive **exceptional service** throughout their experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- **Conduct regular stocktakes** for FOH-related items (beverages, disposables, condiments, menus, etc.).
- Monitor usage and identify trends or discrepancies in stock levels.

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years Team Leading experience
- High standard of productivity
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including night closing shifts/weekends

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
