**About the Role**

As the WA Homestay Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations and deliver on client expectations throughout WA. The role places emphasis on relationship management with agents, educational institutions, hosts and students as well as managing a team of 5 staff to meet the day-to-day operational requirements for the region, including student placements and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with education providers and agents
- Management oversight of home inspections and host compliance
- Manage escalated complaints under an established process
- Ensure AHN standards, procedures and integrity are maintained through all operational processes
- Support and promote a delivery focused culture with exceptional customer service standards
- Initiate and implement efficient procedures to deliver on client expectations
- Manage after hours’ emergencies and critical incidents

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a staff management role
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
