We are a fast-growing brand specialising in healthy and innovative beverages, and

we are passionate about bringing natural and delicious drinks to our customers. We

are now looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to drive our marketing

strategies in WA, strengthen brand awareness, and attract more franchise partners.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Regularly create engaging, high-quality content, including photos, videos, and stories that highlight Milk Flower’s products and philosophy.
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions, building a loyal online community.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimise future content strategies.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for new product launches to maximize public awareness and excitement.
- Develop creative assets such as product videos, graphics, and tasting event promotions tailored to local customer preferences.
- Design and manage local marketing campaigns, including pop-ups, sampling sessions, and collaborations with community groups.
- Coordinate promotional offers or contests to attract foot traffic and drive store sales.
- Manage all logístical aspects of event planning, ensuring seamless execution and memorable customer experiences.
- Develop targeted campaigns to highlight Milk Flower’s strengths as a franchise opportunity, focusing on the brand’s growth and support system.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities using KPIs and metrics and provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for future improvements.
- Create informative and visually appealing marketing materials aimed at prospective franchisees.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with Milk Flower’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
- Manage the Milk Flower WA marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
- Requirements for the role_
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with expertise in SEO, social media management, and affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience in online promotional campaigns, including keyword research, content publishing, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in using a range of digital marketing tools, including but not limited to SEO platforms and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with the team, franchisees, and external partners to achieve brand objectives.
