An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our Administration Team in our Ringwood Office. This role greatly contributes to the efficient operation of our office, and suits a person who enjoys working in a busy, successful and supportive environment.

Key tasks of the role include:

- Job set up including customer contact, data entry, checking and document searches.
- Booking and organising property valuations with customers
- Managing valuation appointments in valuer's calendars
- Managing customer enquiries
- Preparing quotes for the rural division
- Invoicing and attaching files using our valuation system
- General office administration as required

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Strong administration skills
- A high degree of computer literacy
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service ethic
- Ability to work within tight frames, multitask and prioritise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
