**What will you do?**

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Ringwood East team. In this role, you will support the technical coordination of the construction process, under the supervision of the Project Manager. You will be responsible for the coordination and documentation of design, quality and programme requirements. You will act as the link between our design and construction teams.

We have only recently started construction on this site, so this is your opportunity to be involved in the early stages of construction and see the project come to fruition

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the shop drawing process by developing and maintaining record of workflow status, as well as reporting on any issues that may affect the programme. Ensuring team members and sub-contractors are working within the timefames
- Managing, administering and recording the RFI process; having a clear understanding of contractor scope of works
- Facilitating on-boarding for sub-contractors to ensure they hit the ground running. Reviewing sub-contractors ITP's and checking alignment with product specifications & Ryman QA requirements
- General administrative tasks such as chairing meetings, minute taking, providing reports to site Leadership team & document compilation
