We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Bid Manager to join the team at Programmed

Programmed are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and driven individual who will lead the coordination and production of proposals, expressions of interests and tenders.

Reporting to the General Manager and managing a Bid Writer, you will bring your strong writing abilities and experience to manage and prioritise tasks with a high attention to detail, whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude.

You are joining at a very exciting and busy time for the business, and this would be perfect for someone wanting to roll up their sleeves and jump straight into a critical role.

**Key areas of focus for this role include**:

- Coordinate and manage the development of tenders and bids
- Conducting editing and proof-reading support as required to ensure the delivery of high-quality communication
- Researching and creating compelling content for tenders and proposals
- Contributing to the bid strategy development,
- Coordinating bid responses, and writing up bid content
- Ensuring high quality content is always presented and meets requirements
- Keeping up to date with industry and marketing trends and changes
- Ensures all bids comply with business brand guidelines
- Stakeholder engagement
- Adhoc tasks

**Your skills will include**:

- Tertiary qualification in a Marketing/ Business /Communication discipline
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to generate technical, and creative writing techniques
- Solid writing, editing and proofreading skill
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing internal and external environments
- Able to meet strong deadlines and prioritise
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- A can-do positive and proactive approach
- Able to multitask on projects
