**About the Role**
This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the daily operations of the office and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- General reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors
- Data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
- Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
- Other ad hoc office duties as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administration or office support role with 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
