We are seeking a highly energetic **Office Administrator for a Corporate company in Melbourne's CBD.**

**There are 4 main components for the appointment**:
- **1. General Office Administration**_
- **2. Accounts Administration**_
- **3. Payroll Administration**_
- **4. Support for our Lead Managers**_
About You:
Supporting accounts department effectively
Communicate with office staff, CEO and management
Skilled in accounting and payroll administration
Supporting our lead managers including HR & Recruitment and operational managers
General coordination of the office and spaces
Maintains positive team environment
Handling of confidential information
Manages office administrations
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Ability to work under pressure and multitasking
Team player, outgoing and friendly
Positive attitude
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- 3 years Office administration experience (required)
- Bookkeeping or Accounts experience (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
