In this role you will plan and lead complex development projects to achieve business objectives, on time and on budget. This includes the delivery of green or brown field residential development projects, including rezoning processes, managing and evaluating project risks, as well as influencing business outcomes to align with DHA’s goals and objectives.

**In addition to the above this role is responsible for**:

- Lead and motivate a project and consultant team to identify development opportunities and improve development concepts. This includes the management of planning, engineering, and other specialist consultants to procure development approvals that provide viable civil and built form construction delivery solutions
- Preparing consultancy and contractor briefs, as well as provide ongoing management of consultants and contractors through the full development cycle, including rezoning processes, planning and urban design, development and construction approvals, construction delivery, marketing and sales and through to final handover and project close out
- Defining project scopes and prepare and manage project programs, prepare and manage project budget and cash flow models, and undertaking feasibility assessments, monthly reports, written submissions and recommendations
- Managing the procurement processes for project consultants and contractors, including compiling tender documentation for formal tender processes and/or for other less formal procurement processes consistent with DHA procurement processes
- Manage clients and stakeholders and respond to complex client and stakeholder concerns with professionalism and sensitivity while presenting DHA’s interests. You will be required to prepare high quality reports and briefs for DHA Management.

This role(s) is advertised an Ongoing / Non-Ongoing Engagement. If offered Non-Ongoing it will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
