An exciting opportunity has arisen with RB Sellars for a dynamic and experienced National Retail Manager. We're seeking a commercially astute leader to drive retail performance, whilst supporting stores to exceed budgeted sales goals.

Reporting to the CEO, your focus will be to inspire and motivate the teams to promote a positive culture and deliver results across all retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. The role will also play an important role to establish and maintain consistency in processes/systems across stores.

You will be instrumental in representing the RB Sellars brand and ensure that store teams are equipped with the right tools and mindset to provide the ultimate customer experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement the RB Sellars business strategy for growth in sales & expansion of retail store network in Australia and New Zealand (20 stores)
- Lead the retail store teams, instilling a high performance, a customer focused culture, strong sales & brand growth
- Provide strategic direction to retail teams ensuring they are given the knowledge, motivation, encouragement and business tools to drive achievement and successfully meet their KPIs
- Report on sales, store analytics, customer engagement and operational costs at weekly and quarterly meetings
- Analyse & report on sales results & our product offering for right stock levels, mix and allocations making recommendations increase in sales
- Proactively develop & present retail strategies and plans to drive success
- Design, develop and implement retail training & development programs including an induction programs for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and team members
- Promote Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) across the retail network
- Provide feedback & direction on retail sales & customer insights to support centre teams including product, design, marketing, merchandise planning and customer service.
- Create and implement consistency in process/systems and procedures across the retail store network.
- Manage Visual Merchandising ensuring all stores align with the VM standards
- Lead by example, promoting positive and dynamic relationships between retail team and the support centre.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a multi site, fashion/apparel management role (e.g. Retail Mgt, Area Mgt)
- Exceptional Leadership, communication & people skills to engage and develop a united team
- Deeply customer focused and desirable to understand RB Sellars' customer base
- Experienced driver of sales, store merchandising and operating rhythms
- Knowledge of retail systems - T&A, Rostering & Merchandise (preferred AP 21)
- Knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award, NES and General Employment Relations practice in relation to retail operations
- Excellent time management, organisational skills & communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-based mindset
- A love of the country, an understanding of our customer and an alignment to our core values
