**Your responsibilities will include**:
- The LMA Engineering and Technology (E&T) Functional Manager for ILS Engineering, leads the yearly Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineering and Analysis disciplines Functional goals as defined by the E&T function and in support of Lockheed Martin Australia projects plans.
Additional responsibilities will include;
- Program delivery - leadership role
- People leadership of leaders
- Capability ownership and development - People, Process, Tools, Training
- ILS resourcing into programs
- ILS estimation and colour reviews
- Support System Architecture and Design
- Engineering Governance
**About you**:
- To be successful in the role you will have extensive experience extensive experience in the persons ILS domain area (s), along with;
- An advanced understanding of adjacent ILS domains such as: o Logistics Engineering;
- Logistics Engineering
- Maintainability Engineering
- Reliability Engineering
- Life Cycle Costs
- Logistics Support
- A highly advanced ability to successfully manage to completion a broad range of tasks and, at times, conflicting demands
- Desire to coach and mentor others in your domain/discipline
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
