Cleared are supporting a global defence prime who are looking to expand their Human Resources team and bring on a Junior HR Manager.

You will be involved in all HR functions of the employee cycle. This role is ideal for a HR administrator, HR graduate or experienced Executive Assistant looking to build a career in HR. You will have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following;
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, applicant screening and reference checks
- Preparation of employment contracts and other HR related documents
- Maintain HR employee files and records to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Timely and accurate responses to HR and payroll enquiries
- Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing programs
- Work closely with HR Manager on ad-hoc HR projects
- Support other HR initiatives as assigned
